Designed by a fashion + brand photographer, Sunshine City Studios was designed as a loft-style studio with creative professionals in mind. There are three large north-facing windows that light our 14-foot-high cyclorama wall. The studio also includes a makeup station with two stools and two large windows, and a lounge area that can be used as a set, waiting area, or meeting space. When booking, please allow for at least 15 minutes to clean up and reset any furniture or equipment that you used before the end of your time slot. You’ll receive access instructions on the day of your session.

Yes! In addition to ample natural light, the studio also offers the use of lighting equipment at no additional cost.

Absolutely, feel free to use anything in the studio! Just be sure to put everything back where you found it. No animals are allowed on furniture.

There is a parking lot off 22nd St S and street parking is available. The front entrance is located in the middle of the building off of 2nd Ave S.

We have 3 large north-facing windows, so anytime from 8 am to sunset has great lighting, However, visiting in the morning will provide more even light, and visiting after high noon will offer more direct light.

The photography studio will comfortably fit up to 12 people. If your plan is for a larger party, please inquire directly using our contact form.
