Our Story
Sunshine City Studios is a natural light photography studio established in 2023. Designed by a fashion and brand photographer, this loft-styled studio is primed to support your next creative project. Sunshine City Studios was created to be a hub for photographers, videographers, influencers, brands, or any other creative. No matter your vision, we have the space to bring it to life — explore our studio and learn more here.
Our Founder
Sunshine City Studios is owned and operated by internationally published photographer Sara Kane. Sara has been a professional photographer for over ten years and her work has been published in Vogue, Moevir, Malvie, imirage, and more. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, she established her career in Denver, Colorado as a fashion + brand photographer. She moved to St. Pete with her husband Jonathan shortly after welcoming their first daughter in June 2020. Sara and Jonathan have since happily set down roots in St. Pete and welcomed a baby boy into their family.
Opening her own photo studio has been a long-time dream of Sara’s and it is with great joy that she is finally able to bring it to life. The hope is to provide the creative community of St. Petersburg, Florida with a creative hub to bring all your visions to life!
